Sick clown?

Ok so i have a newly cycled tank which was seeded with aquavitro seed and i added my first fish, an oscellaris clown. I ended up taking him back to the lfs on the advice of some other forum members. My question to people here is, should i be concerned about putting fish in in the near future? Here is a pic of the fish.
