Sick clown?

I recently got a clown fish... Just yesterday actually... and he was fine until earlier today... hes been laying on the sand and kinda goin on his side a bit... sometimes he'll go up and swim for a couple seconds but then go to the bottom again and just sit there... hes breathing and moves his fins...

Is he dieing?

Or is he sick?

Is there anyway to tell?

What should I do?

What should I do?

Take him out and put him in quarantine.
He actually should have been quarantined before adding him to your tank, if he is carrying any sicknesses or parasites he can give them to your other fish.
