sick clown

Hey i have a mated pair of true percs and unfortunately the male appears to be sick but im not sure. He has two black spots on his second dorsel fin and then his bottom fin is starting to become frayed a little bit. Does this sound like a sick clownfish to you guys, and if so what should i do to help him.

I'm sure the experts will jump in here - but my first thought was has he started hosting something new?

It would help if you posted your water parameters, too.

They have been "hosting" a powerhead since they have been in the tank.
