hey everyone i came into some corals that are hanging on a little bit like torch frogspawn gonipora brain candy cane what would you suggest to make them healthier faster
Hey Mitchell,
We need a lot more info and preferably some pics to help you out.
How old is your tank?
Tank description....equipment, what provides flow etc...
What are your water parameters and what test kits do you use?
Where did the corals come from?
thanks for wanting to help these corals came out of a crashed tank my parm are alll ok i got my t5 lighting about 4 months ago
but the tank i got them out of all but two clown fish are dead power was off for days i just wanted to know what is like the best food or what ever
I wouldn't try any food right now. Going off the info I would say the corals are stressed at the moment. What do you mean by "ok" parameters.
Typically in these situations patience along with several smaller water changes with water mixed with a quality salt and RO/DI that is aged at least a day will help the corals recover as much as they can.
Chris
I totally agree with Chris.
Without actual parameters it is impossible to help. What is your Alk, Ca, Po4, etc.
Four month old T-5's should be more than enough light.
Let us know so we can help figure out what is going on.
