Same thought as another post:

Still a novice w corals but having modest success w a Duncan. Have you considered another dip? Perhaps w Bayer Complete?

No clue what the brown spots are, but probably something associated with the overexposure it's getting. Like others have said, it's waaaaay bleached out and wants to be in a lower light spot. What kind of lighting and how far under the surface of the water is it?

I have 6 t5. #2 22k actinic. 1 pink. #3 12k blue white
He sits near mid way in the tank.

I run the light for 10 hours. Strait is that too long?
Should I move him to bottom?

Any coral that is bleached should be moved down and into low light. Bleaching means that the zooxanthellae are lacking and additional light won't be of any benefit. You will need to spot feed that coral to get it back into good health, but I would certainly move it first.

Also, running all 6 lights for 10 hours straight is far too much but I am not sure the size of the tank but my guess would still be that that is too much light.

It's a 65 gallon. Is it possible the spots is the coloring returning to the coral? I have been spot feeding and he is otherwise acting fine..

It could be, I suppose. Only reason I question that is because the spots look quite a bit darker than the normal tissue color on the stalks of Duncans. But maybe that's the color it starts coming back in as? We can hope!
