Sick fish

Anyone have any insight and suggestions into this? My Sohal Tang that I've had for 5+ years suddenly is breathing real heavy and laying towards the bottom. Was fine and healthy yesterday, and even earlier today, but all of a sudden has had this happen. Could he have been stung or bit by something, or even eaten something toxic? I do have a flatworm issue right now, but doubt he would eat any. any ideas or suggestions? I REALLY don't want to lose him. thanks.

What are your water peramiters? Even if you thing they are good I wold do at least a 10% water change. Feed it foods soaked in either garlic extract or vitimans, preferably alternating. Does it get plenty of greens? Any other symptons? I am no expert but find that the above is always a good start. Good luck.
