Sick fish!!

So I purchased 2 ocellaris clowns a week and a half ago. They looked healthy on arrival and I put them in the tank.(I have a qt set up now but didn't at the time I got the clowns). The smaller of the two will occasionally eat a flake or two. The bigger I don't think I've seen eat once (maybe a tiny piece of a pellet I crushed). A few days ago I saw the one had white feces but I didn't see it again so I let it go. Tonight when the lights turned off, the clowns looked "chalky" under the actinics lighting. I am thinking marine velvet, brook, or an internal parasite. They move so fast it's hard to get a decent picture. Of course the only fish I didn't quarantine have a illness. I'm an example of why you always quarantine haha. So what do you guys think it is? I'm kind of already thinking of quitting this hobby and it's only been 2 months lol

Any suggestions?? I may just put both of them in freshwater for 5 minutes. Could an internal parasite cause the skin to look dry? It's been 2 days so I doubt it's brooklynella or they'd be gone by now. They also open and close their mouths pretty quick. 90 gallon with 20 gallon sump and Salinity is 1.024, ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 0-5.

The fish started eating but the larger one has a few white spots on it. I don't think it's ich because you can only see them when you look at an angle and they're still barely visible. The fish seems fine behavior wise. The smaller has his dorsal fin clamped a lot of the time but nothing other than that. So again is there anyone that can help.....?
