Sick Flame Angel with pop eye

Ok I just transferred all my fish from my 75gal. into my 240gal. about 4 days ago. They all seem just fine except for my flame angel. Its right eye is all puffed up - I think because it got stuck in the net and probably rubbed on it. Now it is just swimming up and down and almost running into things - I don't think it can see at all out of its bad eye. Also, it has some fin rot on its tail - but I think its from the large Javanese Damsel picking at it. What can I do for the flame angel? Should I put him back in the 75gal. that is still running and let hime heal there? He's not eating - I don't know if its because he can't see the food or if he's just sick and not eating. I don't want to lose this beautiful fish so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

Hey there.

I would put him back in the other tank and treat it there. Get some antibiotics and it should be good. That should help him to feel better and eat. Try soaking his food in garlic that might intice him to eat.
