Sick Heniochus

I got this on Monday and he was/still is eating fine in QT but he seems to be breathing heavily and moving around a lot less today. There also seems to be some discoloration on the streamer.

I had read the butterflyfish are prone to flukes so I have administered PraziPro today.

Params today in QT:

Ammonia: 0.25
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0-5ppm
Salinity 1.024

I did a 3 gallon water change today before adding PraziPro but there's still some detectable ammonia.

Here's a picture:

Ammonia at 0.25 shouldn't bother the fish....likely there is something else going on. Can you describe your QT equipment and acclimation procedures?

The QT is a 20g and has a bio-wheel filter (the bio wheel was in the sump of my DT for about 2-2.5 weeks to let it seed) with a carbon cartridge (now removed because of the PraziPro). Of course a heater and a Koralia 1 for water movement. I also put a small piece of LR from my old tank for additional biological filtration (this piece will stay in the QT permanently).

I floated the bag in the in QT for 15 minutes then took out some of the bag water and drip acclimated for another 45 mins (until the SG of the bag matched the SG of the QT) then released the fish.

The fish is swimming around a lot more today and the breathing seems to be a bit better. The only thing is, the streamer is almost completely gray. Should I be worried about that?
