Sick kole tang

Hey guys I have had a kole tang and two clowns in a tank running hypo for a week to get ride of some ich. The clowns seem to be doing just fine but my kole tang is having trouble even stay upright. He is doing flips as if he is trying too. Anybody have any ideas? I feel like his days are numbered if not hours but I would like to do something to give him a fighting chance.

Your description sounds like the ich infestation has gone too far on the tang. Keep your tank parameters stable (ph, SG, ammonia levels) and try to keep the stress levels down. Low or minimal light would likely be best during treatment.

I agree. Ich can really destroy a fish's gills without looking that bad on the skin. Tangs are especially vulnerable to ich. Are these all of the fish that were exposed to ich?
