Sick looking watchman goby.

Hi there.

My yellow wathcman goby looks a litle weird, he´s really pale and has lost most of it´s yellowness, he still eats and looks healthy in other ways, is this normal?

a lot of people's watchman do this, including mine. No is for sure why it does that, as far as I have read.
