sick occelaris clown

hey guys, im new to marine tanks. but i have an occilaris clown fish that today and yesterday wouldnt eat, hes starting to draw up get skiinny, this evaning he started just outta the blue having problems swiming upright and controlling himself. what to do for him and how to help him. he is really tryin to stay upright and in one place but cant control himself. no clamped fin thing or anythig like that. been through every book i have. i check salinity 1.024 like always, 78 F temp, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite all 0. what to do. i dont wanna lose him.

Is he your first fish? How long have you had him? Did you acclimate him? If so how?

i have had him for like 4 weeks. but he died about 4 hours after i posted this. he went from fine to dead quick. dont know what hapend.
