Sick Talbot's Damsel

Hi there -- I have a new tank - now in its third week. Ammonia is at zero, Nitrates at 0, Phosphorus at 0. Carbonate at 161KH, calcium at 360; Salinity at 1.022 spec gravity, LFS told me to keep it lower than the 1.024-1.026 I see you guys recommend), so it is more like 31 ppm vs 35; PH at 7.8.
One of my Talbot's Damsels that has been in the tank for about 10 days now, has these bumps all over his lips. Any ideas what this is?
Thanks
Nancy

This pictures are a little blurry. I’m not good with fish diseases, more of a coral/invert person.

I know @leebca will want a video at least a minute long, under white light showing both sides of the fish.

@Dr. Reef and @HumbleFish might be able to help as well.

Looks like mouth fungus or commonly known as mouth rot.
A broad spectrum antibiotic is needed to cure the fish.
