Sick Tomatoe Clown

My Tomatoe Clown "Maya" is showing a little white spot on her right side. It does not look like ICH (?) but as if it is comming out of her flesh?
She also has some scales that do not look right on her left side.

Any idea what this could be? How do I treat it?

I'm really hoping she just scuffed herself on a rock....?

my flame fin tang seems to have something similar i posted a post too...i saw one spot one day...now 3 days later it has about 8 total...they dont look like ich...they look more like the scales on them...are fallen off...or discolored...kinda like a scratch on the rock...someone said it might be HLLE
