silversides????

hello,i left my silversides out last night and idk if i should feed it to my haddoni so what ou guys think..

I never risk any frozen foods left out overnight(I hate when I thaw and forget)
and me personally I don't risk silversides anymore, too many other safer choices after I and several others had bad outcome w/ silvers.

I do not feed silversides anymore to my anemone too many bad reports. I do not believe that they eat anything close to silversides in the ocean.

I'm new to using silversides. I have a neon green carpet and noticed he'll "grab" silversides but not ingest him. Of course, my fish and eels love them. What bad outcomes have you or other experienced?
