Simu-L stick coverage ???

I still dont even have my controller yet but am already looking at some of the accessories. The Simu-L sticks/spots look VERY appealing since I have yet to purchase any moolighting for my tank....

How many would I need to cover my 180g display ??? I was hoping to be able to get away with only using two of them, but wanted to see what some of you that have them already thought about it.

If I have to go with 3 of them I think I would do the spots and just do one over each 2 foot section of the display....

Then my only issue will be finding a way to mount them. :lol:

Just get 2 sticks for a starting point and you should be happy, if not just get a third one. I have 2 for a 7' tank.

Two will be fine - they are bright - I have one on 215 damn near enough

thats what I got on my 120

depends on how high from the water you mount it
