Single Bulb 24w T5 Ballast?

Looking for a ballast to run a single T5 24w bulb. I was hoping to get the HEP group ballast that ATI uses in their fixtures (although theirs is 2 bulb) but can't find it anywhere that won't require a bulk order. Does anyone have a good recommendation? If not, any way to wire a 2 bulb ballast for one bulb, maybe a resistor or something of that nature?

I'm sure workhorse has a single bulb ballast go to the site and they have a chart with all bulbs and combos to find the one you need

Fulham workhorse 2 will work for 1 24w t5 ho

Thanks, was hoping to stay away from workhorse as they need shunted endcaps and replacing the endcaps in my retrofit would be a huge pain.

I've never used a special endcap before I'll have to look into that
