You will probably not see a change to full male coloration. You might see some darkening and an elongated dorsal fin, but it's unlikely to waste the metabolic energy changing if there's no reason to.
Thanks it's kinda what I thought considering other planktavores like genicanthus angels but I know there is no stopping some species like wrasse from changing sex so thought I'd ask. I was hoping it would stay a female.
