I just got this spaghetti coral from DD..I noticed a couple spots on the coral that I'm not sure are normal, or indicating a problem to come...please advise, thanks.

Looks very healthy to me, overall. Let it do its thing naturally with regard to the isolated branch tips of concern.

I agree. Do nothing atm. If the areas in question turn black, then that would be a cause for concern.
Are you going to leave it on the bottom or move it up in the live rock?

Ill be moving it up. I wanted to let it acclimate on the bottom for a short while. Thanks for the replies guys!
