Sinulara with LPS?

I have a large green finger leather in my 125, and also have mushrooms, frogspawn , a torch, and a sun polyp. I've now read that the sinulara shouldn't be in there. True? the LPS are open and growing. I have them all spaced far apart and run carbon. Any advice would be great.

There are arguments that no soft corals should be kept with stonies because of the noxious chemicals associated with most softies. There are some species of Sinularia that are particularly potent, but unless youre fragging the coral In Tank, its pretty unlikely that youll see any real damage done to your LPS. Ive got about a 50/50 mix of softies and LPS in one of my tanks, and I get great growt out of everyone in there- just skim heavily and keep up with water changes to dillute the chemical warfare.

I also run carbon in the sump, and space them well apart. I might add, the finger leather is the last thing in the flow, next to the overflow. If I notice the LPS looking poorly, I'll remove the leather.

I have sinularia as well as several other softies in my LPS tank and have never really had any issue, so long as they don't touch
