are there any sioux city members in GIRS?

I troll their site quite a bit, but just havent pulled the trigger on a membership yet. I know a few of their members and have conversed with the President, its a great club from what I can tell.

Its just I have been to Des Moines 1 time in my life and that was a field trip in my govt class in high school. That was 6 years ago. I would really like to find some people here in sioux city for maybe not so much as a club but maybe a few guys that got together once every 3 months or so and trade/sell/give frags every now and then. it would be nice to have a reefer friend at least. especially if that person was an experienced person who could help a less seasoned reefer like myself.

anyone in the close vicinity with some lower end stonys or some nice zoas for sale?

Unfortunately the club does not have a strong presence in that area. The only one that I can think of goes by cbort on GIRS. Check out our site and I'm sure you'll be able to find his profile and contact him. Good luck! And if there are enough active reef keepers interested in forming a local chapter, we certainly don't have anything against creating a new region for the club...contact me for details on how this can be done if interested.

I think there are several pretty active reefers in the SC area. Take AJ's suggestion.
