Six Line and Sandbed

Im in process of setting up new 57 Illuminata rimless tank. Transfering my exsisting 55 gal to it. I have a sixline wrasse-Nigar trigger-stary Blenny-Choclate Angel-snails-fighting conch-and a lot of Brittle stars and Corals on 65 lbs of LR My deilema is old tank has 2" sand bed and Im thinking of going Bare bottom on new set up. Will my Wrasse be ok with just LR?

What is a "chocolate angel" ?
Would be nervous about the trigger in that sized tank.

However, 6 line wrasses don't use the sandbed, they make mucus "cocoons" at night.
