six line wrasse

Today I woke up to find my six line wrasse with on one side of his body, a stripe of discoloration. Earlier this week he didn't eat very well but the next day he had been eating and stealing other fishes food as usual. Anyway, I know six lines naturally lose their color. Is this him loosing color or is it something I need to be worried about? thanks

The picture is also sideways. Its very hard to see because he kept hiding but right behind his head the color has faded a lot compared to the rest of the body
