sixline in nano?

I keep one in my 12x12x12 cube, with a clown and SPS. The six line has been happy and healthy for a year. Key is to keep parameters steady while keeping up with feedings and giving the six line plenty of open rockwork to swim through. Also, if you get a jumpy one it's best to cover the tank. Really depends on the personality of the fish you get. Go for a small one.

While I'm sure you could... whether it will be a good idea or not is up to you... keep in mind that it will never be 100% happy, but it may live a healthy and long life not being 100% happy... IMO I don't think it would be enough space, but again, it's simply one person's opinion...

I had a six line in my nano for a long time. Towards the end of his vacation in my system he got very aggressive. Killed about 3 other fish
