Is it possible?
Had the cleaner shrimp for over a year.
Wrasse enters the tank just tow days ago.
Cleaner shrimp is no where to be found.

depends on the size of both of em'.
the shrimp could be hidding/possibly molting. i would look at the belly of the fish and see if its bloated if its big enough to eat a 1+ year old cleaner shrimp.

i have a 16" purple anemone that ate my 4" 6-line...he tryed to steal the siverside from it one to many times! he would get a tiny piece from time to time, but not that time! :eek2:

I have seen fish that couldn't eat a lg shrimp normally kill and eat them when they shed. I have also had a small hawk grab a cleaner shrimp and beat it against the rocks until he broke it up into edible sized pieces. So anything is possible

Well hawks naturally eat shrimp. :) I can't speak for whether or not the sixline ate him unless he tried to clean the 6L and ****ed him off. They can be mean fish.
