sixline wrasse

So i just bought a sixline wrasse yesterday from UA and its doing fine, but i saw him pick at my scooter blenny and was wondering if i should worry about him continuing to do this. I also read some places that they will bother my shrimp. i have one peppermint and one cleaner. Do you think hell get agressive?

six lines can be pretty mean. But then some never bother anything at all. If you want to get rid of it let me know. Also in a 125 your shrimp should have plenty of places to hide. should be fine....... just my .02

I think it can be hit or miss with six line's. That is why I go with four line.

I've got a sixline in my "frag tank" (lots of corals, an egg-crate and pvc rack & no live rock) with a pair of clowns, a lawnmower blenny and a cleaner shrimp and I never see any aggression out of him.
However, if possible, I would take a 4-line wrasse over a 6-line any day. I cannot speak to their level of aggresion, but IMO they look cooler & everyone has a 6-line, but very few have a 4-line. It is good to be different, especially when you don't have to break the bank to do it... Just my $0.02.

A four line is about 2x the price of a six line but about 10x harder to find. I have had six lines in the past and they always went after any flasher wrasse that I placed in the tank. The four line just goes on it own way and does not bother any other fish in my tank.
Another great fish to get when they are available is a red pygmy possum wrasse.

well thanks for your 2 cents everybody. sadly my six line will be making the trip back to UA here in about 30 minutes. he started to beat up on my scooter blenny and i cant have that.

time to try something else.
