Eel update - somebody on our local forum appears to have a good home for the tessy. If it checks out I'll donate the eel, already getting way to attached to it .

Ok, I feel like a complete moron but I still can't find it. I see the sponsor section on the bottom but I don't see any area with the reviews.

Thanks for the info re the vendor section . As for the eel now renamed tessy or nessy depending which kid is around the tank , I have some one who wants the eel for his 250. I'm checking it out as I know he just purchased a fimbriated from previous posts and im not sure if he is thinking about putting them together. I'm no moray expert so please chime in here, but from what I have found out this would not end well. I know everyone has a choice about their tanks etc however if I'm giving someone the eel I want to try and be sure it will be to a good home.

Initially ok, afterwards probably not. Fims stay pretty small but the tessy just keep going like the energizer bunny...

Found a home for the eel and will be taking it there tomorrow. Going to miss it but hopefully I get my skeletor soon.

Thanks, I'm on my way home 4 hr round trip to drop off nessy, going to be in a 250 by itself. Going on trust and info I got on our local forum so hope this eel gets the care it needs. At least I feel better about it's new home than I would have just dropping it at the lfs. I'm also waiting in hope that DD gets my skeletor soon, will post pics when I get it.
