My son wants a saltwater tank. I plan on getting a 50 gallon tank and running a 20 gallon sump. The tank will be a FOWLR but if he shows me he can handle the responsibility I may let him get a few corals but not for quite some time. I like the ehoppes cone skimmer for my tank which is 150 gallons but what recommendations would someone have for a total water volume of about 60 gallons. Bio load will only be probably 4-6 fish. lion fish, puffer, etc. looking for in sump skimmer. the clearance in the stand will be about 26". thanks for all your help.
