Skimmer and UV equipment. which ONe??

I have a 65 reef about 8 years old the whole sump system need to be replaced. I think I want a UV filter but I don't have a clue which one to get? Any Suggestions? Also I've heard good things aboutthese skimmers; H&S 150 , Euro Reef, and Octopus NW-150. Does anyone have a recommendation? I don't need the best one out there just one that will give me the most for my $$$$.
