Skimmer collection cup question

Is it nomal that my overflo cup from my skimmer the water in there is aqua blue like a windex color?

Many moons ago ( before I knew better ) I was dosing "coral vital", which is blue in color, I would notice a blue tint to my skimmate after that.

Yeah I figured it would have to be some sort of additive, medication, etc... or something got spilled in the tank.

Still if I saw the windex color blue in my collection cup, I'd probably pass out :lol:

Haha i think i too would pass out if i saw that in my collection cup.

Why is the ocean blue?
