Skimmer for 140 G

I am looking for a Protein skimmer for a 140 Gallon tank. I am new to this saltwater stuff. How much am I looking to have to spend on one? Its going to be a FOWLR tank if that matters.
Thanks much and is this something I could pick up used? Or is it better to go new?
