Skimmer for 140g tank with light load?

What would be a decent tunze skimmer for my 140g tank w/100g sump (probably 60g of water in it)?
I'm running an SPS/LPS mix, and I've got a light fish load:
My 3 biggest fish:
- yellow tang
- regal tang
- lamark angel
The rest are small:
- 2 clowns
- 2 cardinals
- 1 damsel
- 1 dottyback
- 1 goby
I can't see the load going up too much more with this tank since I'm not planning on adding any more fish.

My current skimmer is an Octopus TDNW-300 rated for a tank up to 800g.. It is so oversized that I get pretty much ZERO skimmate.

I'm looking to get a skimmer that is PROPERLY sized for my tank and bioload.

It doesn't make sense that an oversized skimmer would yield zero skimmate, it could remove everything for a time but a smaller skimmer would only remove the same amount slower so it would be more consistent but the total volume skimmed should actually be more with the bigger skimmer, you would have losses due to waste decomposing to unskimmable forms in the time it took the weaker skimmer to remove the same amount. I would suggest a 9420 if you went with one of our skimmers but I would wait a couple months for the new version with the new pump.

I guess I was being a bit facetious -- I do get some skimmate, but not much. I think I get 1-2" in a 5g collection bucket over the span of a few months. The neck fills with a fine milky mix of air and water, but a foam head does not form at the water surface, it just fizzles. If I dump a cup of the skimmate I have collected into the skimmer, a foam head magically forms as the skimmer attempts to remove the gunk.

I'll have to read up on the 9420 then, thanks! I've been extremely happy with my 6101 streams, that's why I figured I'd check into Tunze skimmers.

Thanks,
Tyler

they look good to me to.I just worry that you can't adjust them.Roger are there any plans to make them adjustable in the future?

No, the whole idea is simplicity, it auto adjusts. There is a booster ring that you can put on to raise the water line but the auto adjust system really works and is an elegant solution eliminating all the hassle.
