Skimmer just stopped

Got my 9002 new in October and has been working great on my 30 gallon (30g, 20g sump, light bio-load). However, this morning it just stopped. Can see bubbles in skimmer body but will not rise. Any tips on cleaning?

if its bubbling efficiently it may not have anything to skim out at the moment..-Drew
