skimmer not producing skimmate anymore?

I hope someone can help me. My skimmer has ceased producing skimmate. Take details are as follows:
90 Gal RR Fowler, 120 Lbs of LR, 4" deep LSB
30 gallon sump, Mag 9.5 return pump.
in tank flow: 2 eco drive magnetic pumps
Sump= 5" LSB, Cheato, Rubble LR
ASM G1X Skimmer
Fish: Yellow and Kole tang-Flame Hawk, pearscale butterfly and Xmas wrasse...assorted snails, 2 cucumbers and 2 serpent stars for clean up crew

tanks is a about 4 months old, nitrate still about 80 ppm. about to do my second water change or 20 gallons this w/e.

Should I be removing the skimmer every 3 months or so and cleaning? What is the best way to do maintenance on skimmer....

Everything seems to be going great...but this skimmer production worries me...please advise!!!!!!!!!!

Do you see any bubbles in the skimmer? That would be the first thing I look for and then check to see if the pump is clogged.

yes ...pump seems to be operating fine

Was the skimmer working well previously?
If so I would check the pump intake/needlewheel and the air hose and venturi hole for blockage. Adding additives and a lot of various foods to your tank can create problems. Review and investigate here for clues to the problem also.
