Skimmer on Quarantine Tank?

Do you keep a skimmer on your QT tank? Also how often and in what fraction do you do water changes?

Hi, I voted no because I think that one should treat with ich medications and later maybe prazipro to de-worm the fish before placing them in the display tank and a skimmer would skim out the meds. Placing a fish from a quarantine tank into a display without treatment for ich is a bad idea as some fish have only a spot or two here or there on the outside or often in the gills where one cannot see them and the do not look sick but can still carry the ich into the tank and infect your display even after a month in quarantine.
