Skimmer pump recommendation

Hello, the Sicce PSK-2500 skimmer pump on my DIY skimmer for a 150 gallon medium bio load tank has expired. Thinking of again the Sicce PSK 2500, Reef Octopus DC 3500s or the Bubble Blaster HY-3000. Any thoughts? Or any other pump you would recommend?

Sicce Synra 600 or 1000 depends on big the skimmer is. Tunze 9420 skimmer pump. These are direct replacement for the Sicce 2500 pump.

Thanks. There are a few vendors that still sell the older PSK-2500. Do you think The new Sicce pumps 600/1000 are better than the 2500?

Yes the new pumps are much better They do not have the re-start issue.. I have heard that the 600 is the same as the old 2500 I guess it depends if your pump was too much or too little for your skimmer. I use the tunze 9420 for the replacement pump on one of my skimmers.
