Skimmer Pump Replacement

Hi - thanks for your time!

I have an asm g2 protein skimmer with a sedra 3500 needle wheel pump. The pump has stopped working and its time to replace it.

I like the Tunze products and am curious if any of the Hydrofoamer pumps would work as a replacement pump?

It can be difficult to replace pumps as generally the skimmer manufacturer sized the pump just right. The key here would be to make sure the fittings would work, we have 3/4" FPT on our outlet, no fitting adapter on the inlet and that the flow rate and air volume is very close. Short of that, a DC model might be better as it would be more adaptable. Do you know the flow rate of the factory pump?
