Skimmer recommendations

I am in the market for a skimmer for my 40breeder, but am limited to 20" tall. I would prefer an insump model, but would do a HOB and just have it hang on the sump. Any recommendations on a good model? This tank probably will never have a huge bio-load, so I don't need the bestest skimmer ever.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Never used a CPR back pack, but have heard good things.
I had a Red Sea Berlin skimmer and it was ok on small loads.
Let me think some more and I will come up with some other recs. My brain is a bit raffled out right now.

I'm pretty happy with my AquaC Remora. It's an HOB model that would do the job. Or you could go with the Urchin model for in-sump. They are less expensive and quite effective.
