skimmer/slime remover

i used some red slime algea remover and am wondering how long i need to wait to put my skimmer back on any help would be great

usually a few days. IMO, do not use any chemicals to remove red slime as they are all snake oil! The best way to remove Cyano is to get your water parms in check and to add MORE H2O FLOW! Cyano will usually pop up in dead spots in your tank so either move some rocks around or up your flow!
