Roger, I have a 3130 and know that the optimal water depth is 10.5". Here is my problem: My tank is 24" tall, to get the otimal depth I need either 4 suction cups or a longer bracket piece than I have. Where do I get It? Thanks.

You could call me or order them through any dealer. The suction cups come in 3 or 4 packs, 3 packs for old Turbelle pump mounts and 4 packs for Comline products, the bracket extensions are part 3000.26 and all dealers should have these in stock, you will need 2.

Please sell me 2 extension brackets # 3000.26 and 4 suction cups for the 3130 skimmer. This is my final resort. To date I havent got 1 drop of skimmate and cant believe that being at 8" as opposed to 10.5" would make that much of a difference.

It won't skim at 8". It has to be at least 9.5" to do anything, at 8" foam will not even be approaching the riser. These skimmers are very exact in their water level requirements. I can send you a manual if you need. It will skim and better than most consumer model skimmers, but at 8" not a chance. Give me a call tomorrow between 10-5 C or call any of our dealers, Marine Depot, Champion and Premium all stock the brackets and I think Marine Depot also has our suction cups. My number is 512-833-7546, if our hours don't work for you though or you want to use a payment method other than Visa or Mastercard, call one of our dealers, I promise you it will work when you have it set up right.
