I'm not familiar w/either of those, but a lot of people (including myself) love ASM skimers. I have the ASM G2. It's very similar to the Euro-Reef line of skimmer and works great.

I like the Corallife... The needle valve really gives nice small bubbles... I have one (wet skimming with ozone) and a ASM g2
