Skimmers

Which would be a better skimmer, the Euro reef RS80 or the ASM G1-X. My tank is 39 gallons and I will build a custom sump around the skimmer. Sump and skimmer must fit in cabinet under the tank which is a cube.

Both would do you quite well. However, and I'm not talking from experience, but from my reading here on RC. Most people would recommend the Euro Reef over the ASM. I happen to have a ASM G2 on a 30 gallon tank with a sump containing 20 gallons of water and I can't complain.
