skimming a 180

i have a 180 gallon that i need a reasonable skimmer for. I am trying to buy used to save the $$. My room to work with is 24 inches so i cannot get a huge skimmer. The bio load is VERY light now but i want a skimmer that i wont have to change out later when i go sps

Currently i have a ASM g3 with a crap pump so i dont feel its doing the right job (although it does pull skimmate out).

my options are :

1. get a normal pump for the asm g3(either sedra or sicce)
2. get a aqua c ev 180 with mag 7
3. SWC extreme 200 skimmer with sicce 2500 pump
4. another skimmer which i can get used under 200 with pump included

look in the reef octopus the seam to have great reviews and are priced good. I am thinking of one for my in the works 120.

For that aquac 180 to work right you will need a mag 9.5 or eheim 1262 to push it. I ran the 1262 on mine an it worked as good as my RO XP2000int cone does, but used a lot more power.

I run the SWC Extreme 200 with a Red Demon pinwheel on my medium stocked 180 and it works great!
