Skinny Blenny Help

I have a scooner blenny that usually just climbs the live rock and kinda glides down but never seems to be in a real hurry, always in the open. Today I come home and notice he is swimming up to the top of the tank and all around crazy like. His stomach looked dented in and looks like you can see a boney rib around him, is he really underfed or sick. I posted this in the new to hobby forum and was pointed in this direction. To answer a few questions, the system has been up and running for almost 2 years and he has been in the tank looking good a little over a year so i dont think its lack of pods. Also he goes after marine pellets just fine. Im just trying to see if the skinny look is def from underfeeding, im trying to spot feed him now, or if it could be some kind of sickness causing him to look so deathly all of the sudden and start swimming so crazy like.

How big is your tank? Might be running out of pods. I have found spot feeding dragonets with Nutramar ova a good way to fatten them up.

If the dragonet does have an internal or intestinal parasite problem, you should see stringy white poop coming out of him. But all of your fish would probably be infected.

Tank is a 75 and havent noticed any strange poop, but i just noticed this problem yesterday. All other fish appear normal and healthy
