Skunk cleaner and saebe

Who's wife wouldn't be happy about something like this...she doesn't know what equipment we are running. I built this whole setup.what are you trying to say???

What in the world are you talking about??

As for "what are you trying to say", I am just trying figure out all the fact for this situation, as they seem to change.

You are well qualified in anemones and have some beautiful pics . I'm just looking for help and input. Believe me when I say we have the anemone best interest at heart.

Actually, that isn't a good looking H. Crispa, the tentacles are way too short and too sparse -- a sign of an anemone consuming itself for energy. The tentacles one a health H. Crispa are going to be at least 6 inches long, if not several inches longer.

Sorry! Thank you for pointing that out...was going for color reference, I'm still trying to nurse it back to health (I'm guessing 35% of it's disk was destroyed in the overflow), its tentacles are growing and it is now uniform in color...I still have a ways to go though.
This photos a few months old but you can see the improvement.

AGYDAL -- nice recovery, that is more to what a healthy H. Crispa should be looking similar too -- can see what you are talking about, but I would defiantly call that a health H. Crispa.

Thank you...I've put a lot of work into the thing!
This is when I bought it...

This is when it got mangled in the overflow about 6 months later..

Though I'm confused by the second part of your response? I'm taking it as you agree I still have a ways to go as far as it being considered healthy correct? Because I'm still considering it a work in progress.

Sorry OP for sorta jacking your thread.

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that if you had the anemones best interest at heart you would have waited to get one until your tank was established for more than a few months. These animals are virtually indestructible in the wild and you are playing a very irresponsible God trying to keep them alive in such a new tank.

Being a scientist(chemist) you would think you would have done your research and made the necessary precautions with this "experiment"

good luck
