Skunk Cleaner's aren't breeding anymore

I've had a pair of Skunk Cleaner Shrimp in my 46 gallon tank.

Every month Both of them would both have a butload of eggs in their pleopeds (correct me if thats not the right word please). And I'd have a ton of babies released at night.

But lately, for about a month or two, they have both stopped producing eggs that actually hatch. Occasionally they will have eggs, but they usually die off before they can be released.

Anyone have an explanation for this? All replies are appreciated. Thanks

any new additions to the tank since then? maybe something is bothering them and not alowing them to reproduce. or something is eating the eggs before they get a chance to hatch?
