SLASH Top Coral Farmer Contest

I
Without a real camera, we were unable to get all the polyps in the picture with just our smartphones.

All I'm hearing is "blah blah blah I got no pictures only sorry [profanity]excuses blah blah blah"

Well, we shall see what we shall see:D Where are your pics?

I really need to get a modern camera that won't break the bank that I can hook up to my laptop. Any suggestions for less than $200-250?

Well thanks to Nick Im tracking my Nitrates now:facepalm:. I still cant get below 50ppm after 120 gallons of water changes. However everything seems to be growing. Sand bed might just go bye bye.

I had mine spike up a bit with feeding coral more it seems as well. Not quite as high as smack, but water change did seem to help it significantly.

When you guys start posting your month 1 pics this week make sure to grab the original pic on Post #1 as well so we can get a good side-by-side!

So is everyone doing anything to promote growth or is everyone letting these ride? Nook says he has some super secret nook growth formula. He is going to end up with nook sized man eating aogs that he can't donate because nobody else has a big enough tank.

Yeah it's called poop in tank:debi:

One thing I lack is photography skills.

Try coming in at a right angle straight in thru the glass or 90degrees from plane directly above. Glass and water do weird things to light
