Slightly different sump design

I am working on a 30 gallon tank. I have a 100 that had a die out when I got sick and now i am alot better. It has 2 clams, zenia, lots of polyps, a few zoos, cabbage coral, and devils hand coral. I have built a 20 gallon sump that I have tested on my 100 and it works well. It has a build in filter in the first part of the sump for filter media such as charcoal and what not. It also has a small refrigum. With all the live rock I have in my tank I have decided to put in a second 40 gallon sump. This 40 gallon sump will have nothing but live rock and what ever kind of animals I decided to experiment with to help clean the water. The main 30 gallon tank will have a 250 mh lumeric 10 k. The 40 gallon sump will just have sand, live rock and the same lumeric 250 mh light. the 20 gallon sump will hold the filtering media. I plan on haveing 2 over flows. Each overflow will lead into one sump. The 20 sump will have 2 pumps and a simmer. The 40 will have 2 pumps and a skimmer also. The 40 and the 20 will be completely hidden inside the stand. I plan to put in a very good water circulation sysem consisting of an 8 way oceanmostion. If this is to strong I will find a weeker highquality device. The tank will be a clam and sps tank. Mostly sps.
