Slime in ato reservoir

Does anyone get a clear/white slime in their ato reservoir. I use 0 TDS RODI water and have been getting this for years. Is this a problem? My reservoir is a 5 gallon tank with an open top. If anyone has some insight it would be much appreciated. I just want to know if this is normal or a potential problem.

Its just bacteria, however occasionally mine develops a hint of mildew/ moldy smell, thats when I give it a nice hot scrub and let it air dry for a few days.

I have never noticed it causing problems though.

I get mold every few months. Just means I need to clean it out again. No biggie.
