slime on new tank setup

i got my tank setup for the first time in 5 years and once i got it full of water, i noticed that all of the inside of the glass is some kind of film. the only thing i can think of is lime deposits.

i scraped with an algae scrapper and also an old credit card. it comes off, but with a ton of work per square inch.

who knows what this stuff is and how i can remove it without draining the tank and finding some industrial stuff?

Can you snap a picture & post it. That might help determine what is going on.

i figured it out. it must be some calcium or lime deposits. i got it all off with a razor blade.
